Kemi works as a wellbeing consultant and coach, coaching entrepreneurs to obtain a better quality of life, career women to overcome their guilt of career or personal ambitions, and individuals achieve their health and wellbeing goals. After twenty years’ stress and strain of climbing the ladder in advertising industry spanning Europe and Asia, she questioned how organisations tackled mental health and stress amongst employees, so she changed tack and got qualified as a Psychotherapist and a Wellbeing coach.

Lizzie Benton is the founder of Liberty Mind, an organisation that supports businesses in creating better workplace wellbeing. As a culture consultant with a passion for supporting people in the workplace, Lizzie has written for a number of publications including the Huffington Post, spoken across the UK at universities and business events to share her findings on engagement in the workplace, and has been listed in the Metro’s top millennials changing the workplace.
Lee Carnihan – curveball-media.co.uk
Lee works for Curveball, the first video production agency in East Anglia, and maybe the UK, to implement a six hour day. He’ll be sharing his experience of how Curveball went about improving their working culture and productivity by radically rethinking the working day. Having worked for numerous SMEs and multinationals across the last twenty years he has a wide perspective to share on the different working practices in those businesses and the effect on wellbeing and productivity.
Karen Williams – kjhrconsulting.co.uk
Karen works as an HR Consultant supporting businesses helping them get the best from their employees, this is through advising businesses on how they can balance the needs of the employee with the business requirements. Karen has worked in HR for 18 years previously in large corporate environments before setting up her own business more than 5 years ago, she now uses her experience to advise small businesses in introducing flexible working, how to get the best from employees through managing performance and understanding what gets them out of bed in the morning.

Damian spent the last 15 years helping organisations with workplace transformation as a catalyst for cultural alignment, employee happiness and productivity. Having worked across the world, Damian appreciates that being sensitive to culture is vital to ensuring organisations communicate the right message through verbal and physical cues. He’s also seen how wellbeing can be used to enrich the employee experience within the office environment – which he equates to the ‘modern coalmine’ for the physical and mental stresses many suffer.
